What is Accolade?
Accolade is your personal career management app. It helps you capture your professional wins, attach evidence, and turn your work into résumé bullets, self-reviews, LinkedIn posts, and interview stories — so you're never scrambling when it matters.
How to log your first win
Tap the + button on your dashboard or use the floating coral button in the bottom-right corner. Describe what you accomplished, add any relevant details, and hit save. It takes about 20 seconds.
Understanding your dashboard
Your dashboard shows a weekly Calendar at the top with your logged wins and application events at a glance. Below that, your wins are grouped by time period (This Week, Last Week, etc.), your win count, and personalized headlines. It's your home base.
