What is Accolade?
Accolade is your personal career management app. It helps you capture your professional wins, attach evidence, and turn your work into résumé bullets, self-reviews, LinkedIn posts, and interview stories — so you're never scrambling when it matters.
How to log your first win
Tap the + button on your dashboard or use the floating coral button in the bottom-right corner. Describe what you accomplished, add any relevant details, and hit save. It takes about 20 seconds.
Understanding your dashboard
Your dashboard shows your wins grouped by time period (This Week, Last Week, etc.), your win count and streak, and personalized headlines. It's your home base.
