Acceptable use

You agree to use Accolade only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use Accolade to store or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

Your data

You own your data. Accolade does not claim any ownership over the content you create. You can export or delete your data at any time.

No warranty

Accolade is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accolade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

How to cancel

You can cancel your account at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

Communications

By creating an account and using Accolade, you agree to receive transactional and account-related emails from us, including magic link sign-in emails and security notifications. You may also receive optional product emails such as weekly win digests, which you can opt out of at any time through your account settings or via the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Account Registration

You may register for an account using your email address or through a supported third-party authentication provider, including Google Sign-In and Sign In with Apple. By using a third-party provider to authenticate, you authorize us to collect and store the information provided by that service (such as your name and email address) in accordance with this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account regardless of the authentication method used.

Subscriptions and Billing

Accolade offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation: If you cancel a paid subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.

Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at team@accolade.work within 30 days of the charge, and we will review your request.

Price Changes: We may change our subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period following notice of the change.

Free Plan: The free plan is provided as-is with limited features. We reserve the right to modify the features and limits of any plan at any time.
